TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking an appointment with Mobile Detailing by Kyle - you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Upon booking, a 25% non refundable deposit is needed to secure your appointment time. Cancellations of pre booked appointments would result in a held deposit.

Additional fees may be assessed for the following reasons, including but not limited to excessive mess, odors, etxra removal of large or small debrise, excessive pet hair, and will be assessed day of the appointment.

In the event that a refund is needed, Mobile Detailing by Kyle will process them the following calendar month, on the 1st of every month via e transfer, or if needed, by cash or paper check.

Mobile Detailing by Kyle does not accept responsibility for any pre existing damages on vehicles.

Amendments to, or cancellations of appointments must be made in writing either via email to kyle@collingwoodautodetailing.com, or via text to 7056066818 without exception.

If a multi-vehicle discount is applied to the appointment, and the service for 1 or more said vehicles is removed either by the client or by Mobile Detailing by Kyle - the multi vehicle discount would be removed and the client agrees to pay the regular rate for their vehicle detail.
